Dr. Hildie Leung is a partner at SADRA Consulting and project leader in management and leadership coaching, strategy development, performance assessment and KPIs, team building, woman leadership development and mentoring to help young women unlock their talent and leadership potentials. She is an accomplished professor and innovative business coaching professional with more than 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and higher education leadership. Dr. Leung is assistant professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences in UOW College Hong Kong (formerly known as the Community College of City University), Hong Kong. She is also the Program Leader of the Associate of Social Science in Applied Psychology Program. Currently she serve as a Consultant at the Women’s Leadership Center of the Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh. She is well versed with a wide range of coaching assessment tools, such as the Process Evaluation Scale, the VIA Inventory of Strengths, The Leaders Competency Inventory, The Leadership Skills Inventory and others. She has experience in supporting leaders and employees to maximize their potential. Dr. Leung obtained her PhD in psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, HK.
