Dr. Jack Midgley is a partner at SADRA and project leader. His a strategy consultant and educator with more than 25 years of experience in advising global chief executives and leadership teams on enterprise strategy, transformation and restructuring, market entry and growth, product development and human capital matters. Jack has a wealth of experience. He began his consulting career at McKinsey, and was a senior partner at Ernst & Young, US managing partner at Munich-based Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Managing Director of Deloitte’s Asia-Pacific Defense practice.
Jack’s clients have included diverse global enterprises ranging from Samsung Electronics, Lockheed-Martin, Holcim-Lafarge and China’s State Science and Technology Commission to government ministries. He advised the highest levels of the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense on the Defense Transformation. As well, he advised Japan’s Ministry of Defense on their multi-billion dollar effort to export a major defense system (the SORYU submarine).
Jack has a Ph.D. in management strategy from MIT, master degree from Harvard University and B.S. in engineering from West Point. In 2016, he was named as one of Deloitte’s “Top 10 Global Opinion Leaders.”
