Dr. Yaseen Ghulam is a partner at SADRA Consulting and project leader in advising regional clients in both public and private sectors in financial markets, feasibility economic studies, financial forecasting, and economic modelling. He is more than 21 years of experience in the academia and industry including the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Commission, and the Ministry of Defense, UK). He is a member of the team advising the UK Government on defense manpower planning and strategic issues. Dr. Yaseen worked with World Bank Resident Mission in Islamabad to develop poverty indices using big data analysis and performed consultancy work for the Asian Development Bank, to help build pioneering models of cost benefit analysis under the supervision of the top international economists from Boston University. Also, Dr. Yaseen has drafted research policies plans for Al Yamamah University (Saudi Arabia) and INSEEC (France) and Geneva Business School. He has won many research grants and awards including a pilot study on occupational choices by Saudi youth from the Harvard University. Dr. Yaseen has a Ph.D. in economics and finance from University of Portsmouth, UK.
